2013 SF FLOWER & GARDEN SHOW
The world's largest living succulent globe was a fitting tribute to the 2013 SF Flower & Garden Show's theme "Gardens Make the World Go Around." This massive project took 19 months to complete, weighing 2800 pounds, measuring 14 ft. tall with a circumference of 31.4 ft. Its rotating axis was at 23 degrees, just like earth, and took 30,000 cuttings using 11 varieties of succulents.
